Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026.

This policy explains how Kosher Blocks handles information when you use its writing and document tools.

Your tasks, documents, and pictures

The current task, selected options, picture previews, and generated document are held in browser memory. The application does not save conversation history or a document library. Starting a new task clears the current task and pictures. Copying or downloading a result creates a copy under your control.

When you submit a task, the application server receives the task text, instructions, selected options, and any attached pictures. In live mode, it sends the task to OpenAI to generate a result. Revision requests also send the current document. The application requests that OpenAI not store the response using the API’s response-storage setting; this does not promise that the provider retains no operational or security records. See OpenAI’s Privacy Policy.

In demo mode, the application server returns example output without calling OpenAI. Pictures are resized and converted to a static JPEG in your browser before submission, which removes camera metadata from the prepared image. Avoid submitting passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Essential cookies and technical information

Essential storage supports site security, sign-in where used, and remembering your cookie choice. Hosting and service providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and access times, to deliver and protect the site. Analytics permission is separate from processing required to carry out a task you submit.

Your cookie choices

Our sage green cookie banner is shown worldwide. Optional analytics stays off until you accept it. Accept All enables Analytics; Reject All keeps it off; Customize lets you choose Analytics independently. Advertising and personalization remain disabled in our Google tag configuration.

Your choice is stored in the first-party kosherblocks_consent cookie for up to 180 days. It contains a preference version, your Analytics choice, and an expiry time, rather than your name or email. Expired or invalid choices prompt you again. Use the Cookie preferences button on any page to reopen your preferences and change or withdraw permission.

Google Analytics

If you allow Analytics, our Google Analytics 4 tag (G-4G4LHSSRY8) measures visits and usage. Google may receive page addresses, device and browser information, and technical network information. The application does not send task text, pictures, or generated documents as custom analytics events. The Google tag is not loaded before Analytics permission, and rejecting permission sends no consent-status ping to Google.

Google Analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_4G4LHSSRY8 may last up to two years. Withdrawing permission removes these first-party analytics cookies and stops future analytics collection on the site. Information already sent to Google is not erased by withdrawal. Google may process information outside your country; see Google’s Privacy Policy.

Locally hosted consent controls

The consent interface is hosted with Kosher Blocks and your preference is stored in your browser. It does not send your consent choice or the site owner’s contact details to Complianz or another consent provider.

External services and updates

Links to other websites open services with their own privacy practices. You can delete cookies through your browser; deleting the preference cookie causes the banner to appear again. We may update this policy as the site changes; the date above identifies this version.
